The amenities
Residency life at PWS is designed for community. Residents stay in clean, bright rooms within walking distance of their studios, with shared kitchen for cooking together or preparing simple meals. On-site laundry makes daily life easy, while common areas and our café invite casual meet-ups and conversation.

Our Nine windows lodge is right above the PWS café to start your day strong with coffee or end it with a sip of something stronger.
Our guestrooms
Each room has air conditioning and access to shared bathrooms, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and regular cleaning service.

Our Ayi (aunti Mei) keeps our guests happy and the nine-windows tidy for already more than 20 years.

Residents stay in simple, comfortable on-site housing with a choice of single or double rooms.
Shared bathrooms
Maintained daily for comfort and hygiene, our hot showers, sinks and toilets are conveniently located near the living quarters.
Communal kitchen & dining space
A small communal kitchen and dining space, equipped with fridge, stove, and essentials, makes it easy to prepare your own meals or share casual dinners with fellow residents.
Laundry facilities
On-site laundry facilities, including washing and drying machines, are available for all residents.
Our canteen
Enjoy Chinese warm lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday together with the residents and our PWS team. Any dietary requests, please let us know, so our chef can cater for you.
Sharing food and stories
Meals are served on traditional Chinese round tables with a central rotating tray, so everyone can share and taste a variety of dishes together.
Practice your chopstick skills
It’s the perfect place to practice your chopstick skills while sharing a meal like the locals do.

Our chef Fangzheng cooks fresh warm chinese meals and lunch every day from Monday to Saturday since 2009.
Any special request, let him know, and he will cater for your individual needs.
